Founder, Managing Director - Chris Kelleher
Chris leads GTM Talent with a unique blend of operator experience and search expertise. Before founding the firm, he spent decades in sales and revenue leadership at LinkedIn, BT, and multiple health-tech startups — building and scaling GTM organizations, hiring hundreds of leaders across the U.S. and EMEA, and partnering closely with HR and Talent leaders at Fortune 500 and high-growth companies.
Chris also brings significant nonprofit and association depth. While at LinkedIn, he served on the LinkedIn for Good (LIFG) board, advising on global social-impact and workforce access initiatives. He has also held leadership and volunteer roles with Make-A-Wish, the American Cancer Society, the National MS Society, and served on the board of the British American Business Council.
He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from the University of Michigan.
Managing Partner - Todd Humes
Todd brings nearly 30 years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, and workforce solutions. He has led national recruiting teams and advised organizations ranging from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies across the IT, creative, digital, marketing, and tech sectors.
Todd has held leadership roles at Right Management, Experis, Malone Workforce Solutions, and Volt, where he rebuilt teams, improved hiring processes, and delivered meaningful revenue and profitability growth. His expertise includes executive search, talent strategy, workforce planning, and candidate advisory.
Todd is a long-standing leader in the recruiting community. He is a member of SHRM’s Talent Forward committee and past president of STAR Chicago, where he built educational programs and networks for recruiting professionals.
He holds a B.S. in Psychology from SUNY Cortland and is a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP).
Managing Partner - Dave Foley
Dave brings more than 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, go-to-market leadership, and workforce technology across HR, operations, and professional services. He has led global sales organizations and advised executive teams at high-growth startups and Fortune 500 companies, with a focus on complex buying environments, multi-year enterprise agreements, and transformational change.
Dave has held senior leadership roles at LinkedIn, pymetrics, Wade & Wendy, Rev, and SucceedSmart, where he built and scaled enterprise sales motions, improved win rates, expanded average contract values, and partnered closely with product and delivery teams to drive durable revenue growth. His experience spans talent technology, AI-enabled workforce solutions, and services-led enterprise selling, with deep expertise in executive alignment, discovery, and value-based decision making.
As Founder of Vendi, Dave advises leadership teams on workflow clarity, technology adoption risk, and cost and execution inefficiencies that directly impact renewals, expansion, and operating confidence. His work centers on making complex systems and processes visible, measurable, and decision-ready before organizations commit capital or scale change.
Dave is known for his disciplined approach to discovery and his ability to translate technical, operational, and organizational complexity into clear business outcomes for C-level stakeholders. He has built and managed global teams, closed seven-figure enterprise deals, and supported multiple companies through critical growth and transition phases.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and National Security Studies from Fairfield University.
